Work with Sautee Lunch & Learn Committee and other volunteers to clear up beverage area and tables, remove table linens, break down tables and chairs, put away items from check in areas.
Help attendees place food on tables according to meat, vegetable, salad, desserts; be sure there are plates, napkins, eating and serving utensils on tables. Help set up beverages (ice tea and water), ice, and cups.
Check attendees in a front door; if a member, check the off the Member List provided, if not, direct them to non-member check-in. Ask them to fill out a name tag. Be sure donation jar is on the table.
