- Volunteer needs to be familiar with the SNC phone system to answer calls
- greet visitors as they roam the halls of the center, talk about the artwork and History Museum
- direct visitors to Folk Pottery Museum
- direct visitors to Community Hall and the Historic Gym where exhibitors are located
- distribute festival and organizational information
