Every first weekend of March since 2009, Global Day of Unplugging hosts the Annual GDU – a worldwide 24-hour digital pause where people and communities power down devices and power on real-world connection. The Environmental Stewardship & Preservation Program at the Sautee Nacoochee Center is joining in this year with a simple program including a potluck and maybe a board game 5-7pm. One volunteer is needed to assist with clean-up in the Community Hall.
