Come help in the Historic Gym for the screenings of educational and informative films. One volunteer is needed for box office duties. Arrival time for volunteers is 1:00pm. Event is from 2-5pm.
1/21/24 - "Clear Day Thunder: Rescuing the American Chestnut" Martin Cipollini, Dana Professor of Biology at Berry College and Board Member for the American Chestnut Foundation in Georgia will be on hand to share information and answer questions about restoration efforts.
2/25/24 - "Saving the Chattahoochee: The Story of the Women Who Defended the River" shares the successes and challenges in the journey to protect the Chattahoochee River. Retired founding director of Chattahoochee Riverkeeper, Sally Bethea, will be on hand to talk about her experience and sign copies of her memoir, "Keeping the Chattahoochee: Reviving and Defendind a Great Southern River".
