Sautee Art Affair -set up & move artwork 10/04/24

Volunteers needed to set up the Gym - tables, bring artwork and easels over from the Center and work with Jim Thomas, Gallery Director for placement around the room; bring glassware, tablecloths and utensils from the Community Hall.  If interested, you may help with table decorations.  This is a scaled down event so we're only setting up 8 tables for guests.    YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIGN UP FOR THE ENTIRE TIME GIVEN. WE APPRECIATE ANY TIME YOU HAVE TO GIVE. Thank You!
